A dump semi trailer lives in the quarry and the mine. The body has to shrug off rock dropped from an excavator bucket, and the hydraulic ram has to lift a full load on uneven ground without twisting the frame.
We use HG785 high-strength steel for the body shell — harder than mild steel, so the 5 mm floor survives impacts that dent a 6 mm Q235 floor. The front wall is doubled where the ram pushes.
