Quotations are valid for 30 days and are based on FOB Qingdao unless stated otherwise. Freight and insurance are quoted separately.
Delivery dates are counted from receipt of deposit and approved drawings. Delays caused by late drawing approval move the date accordingly.
Title passes on receipt of full payment. Risk passes according to the Incoterm agreed in the contract.
