20ft, 40ft and 12.5m flatbeds for containers and general cargo
The standard export flatbed — 40ft container capacity, 12 twist locks, 40–60 t payload.
Short-wheelbase flatbed for 20ft boxes and dense cargo in tight yards.
Lighter tandem-axle flatbed for markets where axle load limits are strict.
Heavy-haul flatbed for 70–90 t loads, with load-spreading bogie.
12.5 m deck that takes a 40ft box plus a 20ft box at the same time.
Flatbed with removable 600 mm side walls — flat deck or bulk body in one unit.
A flatbed semi trailer is the most versatile unit in a fleet: drop a 20ft or 40ft container on it, strap down steel coils, or load bagged cargo straight onto the deck. Our flatbeds are welded in a jig so the deck stays square after years of twisting loads.
The main beam is Q345B high-tensile steel, welded with submerged-arc seams and stress-relieved at the cross-member joints. Twist locks are positioned for both 20ft and 40ft ISO containers, so one trailer covers two container sizes.
