Steel plate is cut on a CNC plasma table, the main beams are welded with submerged-arc machines on a jig, and the frame is squared before the cross members go in.
Bodies then go to the sandblasting room, then the paint room, then final assembly — axles, suspension, brakes, electrical, tyres.
Every unit passes three checks: frame squareness after welding, brake and electrical function after assembly, and a full load test before shipment.
