A rotary dryer is a heat exchanger that happens to rotate. Wet material goes in one end, hot gas meets it, and the moisture leaves with the exhaust. The design question is how to keep the material in contact with the gas long enough without overheating it.
We supply complete lines: burner, drum, cyclone, bag filter, conveyor and control panel — sized to the material and the target moisture, not sold as separate parts.
