Wax, wrap and brace — the difference between arriving and arriving damaged.
Exposed steel is coated with anti-corrosion wax before loading. Painted panels are wrapped in stretch film, and edges get cardboard corner protectors.
Units are braced against the container walls with timber, and every contact point is padded. Wheels are chocked and strapped.
We photograph the unit inside the container before closing the doors and send the set with the shipping documents, so there is a record of the condition at departure.
